Zusammenfassung

Nach zwei erfolglosen Implantationen artifizieller Harnröhrensphinkter aufgrund einer iatrogenen Harninkontenz und nach einer Harnableitung mittels Kolon-Conduit wurde bei einem 51jährigen Mann die Harnkontinenz durch eine Suspensionsplastik mittels Polyesterband wiederhergestellt. Drei Monate später erfolgte eine Harnumleitung mit Augmentation-Zystoplastik. Nach drei Jahren wurde eine Ureterozystoneostomie wegen distaler Ureterstenosen erforderlich. Nach einem sechseinhalbjährigen Beobachtungszeitraum ist der Patient kontinent, hat eine gute Blasenkapazität, entleert seine Blase restharnfrei und weist einen normalen oberen Harntrakt auf.

Abstract

After two failed implantations of artificial urethral sphincters due to iatrogenic incontinence and after urinary diversion (colon conduit), continence was achieved by implantation of an alloplastic sling in a 51-year-old man. Three months later the patient underwent urinary undiversion with augmentation cystoplasty. After 3 years a ureterocystoneostomy was necessary due to distal ureteral stenoses. During a follow-up of 6.5 years the patient has been continent, has a good bladder capacity, empties his bladder without residual urine, and has a normal upper urinary tract.
